ASM420M Slicing Machine

Okamoto developed Japan’s first cutting machine for brittle materials (Germanium). We have since continuously developed various slicing machines to meet specific user needs for processing semiconductor materials, electronic component materials, and more.

FEATURES:
The ASM420M Multi-Slicer achieves high-efficiency slicing through the combination of a high-rigidity spindle and a high-output motor. It features an integrated grinding wheel head and column structure with a sinking column mechanism. This design delivers high rigidity and stable machining accuracy. The spindle is driven by a high-torque 5.5 kW motor as standard. This enables high load capacity machining using multi-wheel systems.

ASM series are custom made to meet customer specifications.
