Programmable Dressing with Automatic Dress Compensation.
Integrated wheel dressing sequences allow for precise control of dressing depth and feed, with automatic compensation applied to maintain wheel diameter and grinding geometry throughout the process.

High-Efficiency Shift/Plunge Cycle. Optimized for aggressive stock removal, this cycle provides rapid infeed capability while maintaining thermal and positional stability.

Automatic Wheelhead Retract. Configurable retract distances improve cycle efficiency and safeguard both wheel and workpiece during non-cutting transitions.

MDI Touchscreen Control Interface. Industrial-grade touchscreen with intuitive MDI (Manual Data Input) control enables rapid setup of grinding parameters, motion commands, dressing cycles, and offsets.
